Whee are the orders on UBL.vn free shipping?
- Free shipping in HCM City for orders with a total value of over 150,000 VND
- Free shipping outside HCM City for orders with a total value of over 250,000 VND
In case there is a shipping charge, details of the shipping cost and shipping methods will be specified on your order so that you can choose the right delivery method.
Shipping fee:
Ho Chi Minh City: Shipping fee of 20,000VND for orders with a total value of less than 150,000 VND
Outside Ho Chi Minh City: Shipping fee of 30,000VND for orders with a total value of less than 250,000 VND

When I receive the goods?
Once you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Care team will process your order and send you the latest updates via email and SMS.
Once the verification process is successful, the order will be delivered to you within the following period:
• For delivery address in Ho Chi Minh city: expected 1-2 business days
• For delivery in other areas: from 2 to 5 business days depending on local area
* Note: The above time is not included in the time of order fulfillment at UBL's store or Sales Partner. Official delivery time may be earlier or later than a few days depending on some objective conditions that UBL can not control (eg, natural disasters, floods, vehicle failures ...). In some unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive the goods within 7-10 days.
Can I choose delivery time?
Currently, UBL's forwarding partners are not able to assist you in picking delivery time.
However, we will soon fix this issue to bring you a better shopping experience.
What if i go away at the delivery time?
You can ask others to help, but we will need a letter of authorization with your signature, which states the person authorized to receive the order. You may also notify us of a change of consignee at http://ubl.vn/pages/lien-he upon ordering. Consignees will need to produce a valid identification card together with your letter of authorization.
Is there a restricted area where UBL does not accept to deliver?
UBL can deliver goods to all provinces, islands and inland areas, through links with major carriers, including: Vietnam Post, Express Delivery, Kerry Express, and ViettelPost. Delivery is fast and timely.
However, some specific products may have their own shipping policy, which will be posted on the product's website.

Does UBL deliver to my work address?
UBL will deliver the goods to the address you registered at the checkout page, regardless of your home or office address.
